The lounge area has a sofas coffee table and 50″ Flat Screen TV (UK & Spanish channels). The dining area has a dining table with 4 chairs and a dresser. Patio doors from the lounge to the terrace. Terrace furniture includes a round table and 4 chairs – an ideal place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

The master double bedroom is en-suite with bath, shower, bidet, w/c, and washbasin and has access to a terrace via patio doors. The second bedroom is also a double, next to the second bathroom which has a shower, w/c, and washbasin. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and toaster. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, ironing board, etc.

The sun terrace areas have sea and mountain views. Terrace furniture includes table and 4 chairs. There is a 1swimming pool within the front of the apartment which can be seen down on from the terrace area in the apartment. The pool is hared and not heated.

This is a great location for a family holiday or a golfing break. The complex is quite different than the majority found in Spain with its superior build, architectural design, and high-quality finish. There are many top golf courses within a short drive of the resort including Desert Springs, Valle Des Este, and Aguillas. The nightlife of Palomares Vera Playa Garrucha and Mojacar provides an endless supply of evening entertainment in the form of restaurants, bars, and clubs. For the family there are numerous swimming pools on the resort plus off resort there is 17km of unspoiled beaches to choose from, two great water parks, go-karting and also the mini Hollywood Studios at the Tabernas Desert. The romantic white village of Old Mojacar is perched high on the nearby hilltop.
