Terrace furniture includes a round table and 4 chairs – an ideal place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

The master double bedroom is en-suite with bath, shower, bidet, w/c, and washbasin and has access to a terrace via patio doors. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, ironing board, etc.

The terrace areas have sea and mountain views. Terrace furniture includes table and 4 chairs. There are 5 swimming pools within 3 minutes walk of the apartment with one 40 yards away which can be seen down on from the terrace area in the apartment.

Playa Macenas beach resort is five minutes drive along the coast from Mojacar in the province of Almeria. This is a great location for a family holiday or a golfing break. There are many top golf courses within a short drive of the resort including Desert Springs, Valle Des Este, and Aguillas. The nightlife of Mojacar provides an endless supply of evening entertainment in the form of restaurants, bars, and clubs.
